Order Fulfillment
Orbitrex Peptides partners with UPS as our primary carrier, and uses USPS in the rare cases where customers are outside UPS service regions or shipping to a PO Box. Orders are typically packed and handed off to the carrier within 36 hours of being placed.
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday and drop off shipments at the end of each business day. Orders placed Friday after 1pm CT through Sunday are processed the next business day. Tracking information arrives within ~24 hours of shipment.
UPS Priority Air (tracked + protected)
- All orders ship by default on a premium UPS air service with tracking and package protection.
- Expedited domestic service — orders typically arrive within two business days after shipment.
- Transit times are estimates and start when the package is in the carrier's possession; business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.
- Free on orders over $300 (not available for Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).
- Package protection is included on all shipments and covers loss or damage during carrier transit.
USPS Priority Mail
- Used only when customers reside outside a UPS-serviced region or the address is a PO Box.
- Expedited but no guaranteed delivery date; prioritized over USPS Ground Advantage.
- Delivery runs six days a week, excluding Sundays.
General Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our research materials, we do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product condition (e.g., change of mind or improper storage after delivery).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To qualify for resolution:
- Email us with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the product(s) in question.
- Open a lost-or-damaged package claim with UPS — package protection is included on all orders.

Upon verification we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost
- A partial refund (in rare, approved cases)
- Store credit for future use
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing info@orbitrexpeptideforsale.com.
- Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- All packages are insured. If a shipment is lost or damaged, open a claim first with the UPS claims department and then contact info@orbitrexpeptideforsale.com.
- Once shipped, the carrier controls routing. Use UPS Change Delivery to redirect a package or update drop-off times.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may be reshipped free of charge, or refunded minus shipping and handling fees at our discretion.
No Refunds for Misuse
- We are not responsible for issues related to product misuse, improper storage or misapplication of research materials.
- All products are for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
