Loyalty points (Orbitrex Bucks) are awarded only for completed, paid orders. Points have no cash value, may not be transferred, and cannot be applied to taxes, shipping or insurance unless stated. Refunded, returned, charged-back or canceled orders will void all points earned from that transaction.

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, labels and technical specifications are subject to change without notice. All peptides are offered as-is, with the Certificate of Analysis available on the COA page for each listed product. Purity is batch-tested but not guaranteed beyond the listed shelf life.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orbitrex Peptides reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe it violates our terms of sale or poses legal risk.

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance or force majeure events.
• Once a product leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the purchaser.

• We accept unused, unopened product returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. A full refund is issued (minus shipping and the fulfillment fee) once the item is received.
• For damaged or lost shipments, file a claim through our package-protection partner to receive a refund or reship. Orbitrex Peptides is not liable for damaged or lost packages outside this process.
